Our Rentals
We offer convenient, hassle-free delivery and setup for every rental.
Delivery Window: 7:00am - 12:00pm
Pickup Window: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Our team will arrive within these timeframes based on our delivery route for the day. We will reach out the day before your event with a more specific estimated arrival time.
Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as routes are optimized to ensure all customers receive safe and timely service.

Rental Policies
Booking and payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 3 days prior to your scheduled rental.
For cash payments, please contact us directly to setup your booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental may be subject to partial or full payment.
Weather Policy
If unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, etc.) are expected, you may reschedule your rental at no additional cost or receive a rain check for a future date. Safety decisions are at our discretion.
